Each Beetronics touchscreen has different video connections and inputs (HDMI, VGA, RCA or BNC). Please ensure you have the correct input selected on the touchscreen for the connection you are using. This can be done with the control buttons on the back of the touchscreen or with the supplied remote control. By default, the screen is set to the HDMI input.
If the resolution and signal of the source are supported, you should see a clear and full screen image on your touchscreen.
If the problem persists after following the steps above, the resolution and frequency of the video source may not be supported. Check that the video source setting matches the supported resolutions and frequencies of your touchscreen.
